PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable noise reduction adapted to a projection image when reconstructing a tomographic image from the projection image. SOLUTION : An image processor for reconstructing a tomographic image from a plurality of projection images acquires noise data about each of the plurality of projection images, executes reconstruction processing on the basis of the acquired noise data to acquire noise reconstruction data, and executes reconstruction processing on the basis of the projection image and the noise reconstruction data to reconstruct the tomographic image.
