The present invention relates to : a dielectric composition which contains a ABO_3 (wherein A refers to Ba, and B refers to Ti) dielectric parent material or a dielectric parent material which is represented by ABO_3, wherein A is at least one selected from Ba or Ca, or B is at least one selected from Ti, Ca, Zr, and Sn, as a main component, which does not include rare earth metals as a secondary ingredient, and which has a ratio of Mg : Mn satisfying 2 : 1<=Mg/Mn<=6 : 1; and a laminated ceramic condenser comprising the same as a dielectric layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to form a uniform microstructure along with the inhibition of grain growth of a dielectric particle by adjusting a Mg/Mn content ratio while not including the rare earth metals in the dielectric composition. Therefore, the laminated ceramic condenser comprising the dielectric layer using the dielectric composition displays a high dielectric permittivity and a low loss factor, and has excellent electrical properties at a high temperature and shows remarkably stable changes in capacity according to a temperature.
