PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a cylindrical a rare earth bond magnet oriented to a radial direction by using an extrusion molding method without using an electromagnet. SOLUTION : A manufacturing method of a cylindrical bond magnet includes a step for filling a cylindrical cavity with a bond magnet composition including a magnetic material and resin and a step for magnetically orienting the magnetic material by an orienting magnet 14a arranged on the inner peripheral side or outer peripheral side of the cavity and extruding and molding the melted bond magnet composition in an axial direction of the cavity, the orienting magnet 14a is configured by arranging a first permanent magnet 20 of which the magnetic force is applied in a horizontal direction against the axial direction and a second permanent magnet 22 of which the same pole as the first permanent magnet is opposed to the same pole of the first permanent magnet.
