Disclosed are a method for manufacturing alloy powder for a rear-earth magnet based on evaporation processing and a method for manufacturing a rear-earth magnet, comprising the following steps : grinding alloy crude powder for a rear-earth magnet, then manufacturing fine powder through micro-grinding, and obtaining the fine powder and an evaporation material through evaporation processing in vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere, wherein a ratio of weight of the evaporation material evaporated onto the fine powder to that of the fine powder is 10-6 to 0.05 : 1. After the micro-grinding procedure, and before a forming procedure in a magnetic field, a fine-powder evaporation processing procedure is added, so that the powder sinterability changes dramatically, thereby achieving the objective of manufacturing a magnet with a high coercivity, a high rectangularity, and a high heat resistance.
