PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production management system capable of extending production support for early procurement of a component and for restraining a defect by determining an order entry for a rare model when receiving order entry data.SOLUTION : A production management system 4 is connected to both an order entry system 1 to receive orders for a plurality of models and a design system 2 to determine respective specifications for the plurality of models and manages a manufacturing process of each ordered product received by the order entry system 1 based on specification information received from the design system 2. The production management system 4 comprises : a mail transmission processing section 7 which performs a preliminary determined reminder operation when the order entry system 1 does not receive the order of a same model as the product newly ordered through the order entry system 1 during a prescribed period before a time when the product newly ordered; a progress completion input processing section 8; and a working machine control processing section 9.
