PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a burned product capable of being used as a suitable material such as an aggregate, a roadbed material, a banking material and a backfill material for mortar or concrete, while capable of efficiently using waste and the like as a raw material.
SOLUTION : An earthwork material composition contains a magnesium-containing insolubilization material, which is obtained by hydration of a burned product A containing 2CaO Al2O3 SiO2 of 10 to 100 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of a component (A) 2CaO SiO2 and having the content of 3CaO Al2O3 of 20 pts.mass or less, and containing barium of 0.02 to 0.2 mass% and zinc of 0.03 to 0.5 mass% in 100 mass% of the burned product, and a burned product B containing magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate obtained by burning a mineral containing a component (B) magnesium carbonate as a main ingredient at 650 to 1, 000°C so that a part of the burned product B becomes magnesium hydroxide, and contains a powder comprising a magnesium-based material having ignition loss rate of 6 to 30 mass% at 1, 000°C.
