PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To realize a wind force power generator enabling a brushless magnetization to be realized and attaining generated power while the amount of use of expensive rare earth magnets is being substantially reduced. SOLUTION : In order to excite a power generator 10 of a main machine including a field coil 14 at an inner rotor type rotor 11 and including a stator coil (an armature coil) 18 at a stator 15, there is employed a permanent type AC exciter 20 including an outer rotor 21 having a permanent magnet 22 and an inner rotor 23 having an armature coil 24. The outer rotor 21 of the permanent magnet type AC exciter 20 is rotated by an induction motor 30. Then, an output of the AC exciter 20 is rectified with a rotary commutator 40 and supplied to the armature coil of the power generator 10 of a main machine. COPYRIGHT : (C)2014, JPO&INPIT
