Provided are a continuous hydrogen decrepitation processing method for a rare earth permanently magnetic alloy and a production equipment therefor. A hydrogen absorption chamber (14), a heated dehydrogenation chamber (23) and a cooling chamber (27) are connected in series through inter-chamber valves (8, 22, 25, 31). Besides the treatments of hydrogen adsorption, heated dehydrogenation and cooling are completed at once on the rare earth alloy in the equipment, and the material-collecting and tank-filling treatment can also be expanded under the protective atmosphere of an inert gas. The processing technology is a continuous production which is carried out in a vacuum and under the protective atmosphere of an inert gas; the decrepitated powder is low in oxygen content, and comprises single-crystal particles in the powder with a large specific weight.
