PURPOSE : An artificial island structure capable of being floated is provided to prevent eutrophication by removing the leaves and stems of plants around the island structure and prevent to harm the environment. CONSTITUTION : An artificial island structure capable of being floated comprises a frame(100), a soil backing unit(200), soil(201), and a floating member(300). The frame is composed to be floated in determined depth of water. The soil backing unit is installed to be supported by the frame. The floating member is installed in the frame for the floating of the artificial island by using the air.
