A strip cast alloy containing neodymium, exceeding the stoichiometry of Nd2Fe14B, is conducted with a hydrogenation disproportionation desorption and recombination (HDDR) treatment and dispersion treatment, in order to obtain microcrystal alloy powder, wherein primary crystal grain having sizes of 0.1-1μm is surrounded by neodymium-rich crystal grain boundary phase having widths of 2-10nm.
