A preparing method of an oxygen containing Re-(Fe, TM)-B based sintered magnet comprises : 1) melting a Re-(Fe, TM)-B based magnet, and then performing coarse breaking and secondary crushing on the magnet to obtain a powder material with an average particle diameter of 0.5 mm, wherein Re is selected from Pr-Nd, Nd, Dy, Tb, Gd, Ho or any combination thereof, and TM is selected from Al, Nb, Cu, Ga, Co, Zr or any combination thereof; 2) grinding by using an airflow mill the powder obtained in Step 1 till the particle diameter of the powder is smaller than 5 μm; and 3) performing magnetic field molding, vacuum sintering, and aging treatment on the powder obtained in Step 2 to obtain a product containing oxygen of 2100-2900 ppm, wherein the material obtained in Step 1 and Step 2 is uniformly mixed before the subsequent step, and rare-earth oxides with an average particle size smaller than 45 μm are added in the powder material during one or more operations of secondary crushing, grinding, and mixing processing. Also provided is an oxygen containing Re-(Fe, TM)-B based sintered magnet manufactured using this method.
