PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnet with excellent corrosion resistance.SOLUTION : The rare earth magnet 100 includes a crystal particle group 4 of an R-Fe-B alloy containing a rare earth element R. When the number of atoms of Cu existing in an R-rich phase contained in a grain boundary triple point 6 of the crystal particle 4 positioned on a surface part 40 of the rare earth magnet 100 is [Cu], the number of atoms of Fe existing in the R-rich phase is [Fe], and the number of atoms of R existing in the R-rich phase is [R], [Cu]>[Fe], and [Cu]/[R]>0.5.
