Drawing 1 is a brief manufacturing flowchart through a sol-gel method, which is used to manufacture powders wherein the level of crystallization of the manufactured powder is measured according to heat treating temperature. As a result, the crystal structure has high efficiency and high color rendering by measuring quantum efficiency according to interaction between V-V ions and V-Cs, V-Ba, V-Zn ions in which metal ions like CsVO_3 (Cs), Ba_2V_2O_7 (Ba) and Zn_3V_2O_8 (Zn) are added to a -VO_4 tetrahedron structure.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
