Disclosed is an integrated electro-leaching apparatus for leaching insoluble rare metal. The integrated electro-leaching apparatus for leaching insoluble rare metal comprises : a reactor accommodating an electro-leaching solution for leaching insoluble rare metal; a first electrode and a second electrode installed to be adjacent to both sides of the reactor or installed on upper and lower sides of the reactor, respectively; and agitators installed through the centers of the first and second electrodes or installed through the first electrode and positioned on an upper part of the second electrode. Here, the first and second electrodes are made of graphite or porous graphite. The electro-leaching solution is hydrochloric (HCL) acid, wherein the content of the electro-leaching solution is preferably 4-10 M.
