Disclosed is an integrated electrolysis leaching device for leaching a refractory rare metal. The integrated electrolysis leaching device for leaching a refractory rare metal is characterized by comprising : a reactor containing an electrolysis leaching liquid for leaching a refractory rare metal; a first electrode and a second electrode installed adjacent to both side walls of the reactor or, selectively, a first electrode and a second electrode installed on the upper side and the lower side of the reactor, respectively; and an agitator installed through centers of the first electrode and the second electrode or, selectively, through the first electrode and positioned on the upper portion of the second electrode.
