PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To realize an organic EL display that has a TFT using an oxide semiconductor layer as a semiconductor layer and uses an Al-based film for a reflection electrode, and that shows characteristics requested to the reflection electrode (a high reflective index, a small surface roughness, and a low electric resistivity), and that is excellent in TFT characteristics and that can be driven stably. SOLUTION : An organic EL display at least has on a substrate : an oxide semiconductor layer; a source-drain electrode; a protection film for protecting the source-drain electrode; a reflection electrode; and an organic layer including a light-emitting layer. The reflection electrode has an Al alloy film containing a rare-earth element at 0.6 atom% or more and 4.0 atom% or less. COPYRIGHT : (C)2015, JPO&INPIT
