The present invention relates to a method for producing a high temperature heating snow removing material using expanded pearlite produced by heating pearlite, wherein any one assisting absorbent selected from soil cement and zeolite is mixed so that the expanded pearlite is modified. Hydrochloric acid (HCL) is injected into the modified expanded pearlite, and a corrosion preventing agent is added in a material mixed with CaO and NH_4H2PO_4, so that a reaction initiator is prepared. The hydrochloric acid is injected into the modified expanded pearlite right before being sprayed onto a road, and the modified expanded pearlite is mixed and reacted with the reaction initiator to be sprayed. Accordingly, snow can be melted using high temperature reactive heat generated by means of calcium chloride generating a reaction between the hydrochloric acid injected into the modified expanded pearlite and the reaction initiator. Moreover, a freezing point is decreased using calcium chloride which is a reaction byproduct so that melted snow is not frozen.
