Provided in the present invention is an adhesive sheet (surface protection film) which has excellent adhesion, re-peeling properties, pick-up properties, and workability, prevents increase in the adhesion upon as time passed, and includes a top coated layer having such the excellent whitening resistance. The adhesive sheet which includes an adhesive layer made of an adhesive composition on one side of a supporting film, and includes a top coated layer on the side the supporting film opposite to the side with the adhesive layer, wherein the top coated layer is characterized by containing a polyester resin as wax and a binder, having the adhesion ratio (A/B) of rare side adhesion (A) in 0.3 m/min of peeling speed after being adhered on the surface of the top coated layer at 23°C for 30 minutes and the adhesion (B) in 30 m/min of peeling speed after the adhesive surface of the adhesive layer is adhered on TAC surface at 50°C for a week be 3 or more.
