本发明为一种具有良好红硬性的高硼高铬低碳耐磨合金钢及其制备方法,其化学成分按重量百分比为:0.10~0.5%C,12~26%Cr,0.5~1.2%Si,0.5~1.5%Mn,2.5~3.6%B,0.7-2.4%Cu,Al3.2%~3.9%,0.8-1.6%Ti,0.02-0.15%Ca,0.03-0.25%Ce,0.02-0.18%N,0.05~0.3%Nb,0.12~0.25%Mg,0.04-0.13%K,0.05-0.12Ca,0.06-0.15Ba,S<0.03%,P<0.04%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质元素。废钢、铬铁在电炉中熔化后加入铜板、硅铁、锰铁,炉前调整成分合格后,将熔体温度升高至1560-1620℃,加入硅钙合金和铝脱氧,依序加入钛铁、硼铁和金属铝熔化出炉;将小于12mm的颗粒状稀土镁合金和金属铈、Si3N4、VN、Nb和K所组成的复合变质孕育剂经烘烤后放在钢水包底部,用包内冲入法对冶炼好的钢水进行变质孕育处理,钢水浇注温度为1400~1450℃;铸件经920~1150℃保温2-4小时后空冷。
