The present invention relates to a silk-fibroin nanofibrous supporter containing a Spirulina maxima extract and a production method thereof, particularly a silk-fibroin nanofibrous supporter containing a Spirulina maxima extract having no toxicity, excellent biocompatibility, and proper physical properties to be used as biocompatible materials. The silk-fibroin nanofibrous supporter is capable of being used in manufacturing artificial vessels which requires antithrombotic properties by containing the Spirulina maxima extract having an antithrombotic effect uniformly dispersed in silk-fibroin nanofibers for offering a long-term antithrombotic effect.
