PURPOSE : An environment-friendly artificial fish reef is provided to facilitate the manufacture, carrying, and installation thereof. CONSTITUTION : An environment-friendly artificial fish reef comprises a three-dimensional main matrix(7), a base(4), a buoy(5), and a three-dimensional unit matrix(8). The three-dimensional main matrix is equipped with a plurality of longitudinal and horizontal main ropes which are parallel to each other. The buoy is connected to the upper end of a plurality of vertical ropes. The three-dimensional unit matrix is divided by the ropes.
