PURPOSE : A core-shell structured transparent conductive nanoparticle and an ink including thereof are provided to reduce used amount of noble metal and lower specific gravity of nanoparticle or nanowire. CONSTITUTION : A core-shell structured transparent conductive nanoparticle(100) comprises a nanoparticle core(110) which consists of non-conductive transparent material and a conductive coating layer(120) which consists of conductive material. The non-conductive transparent material comprises oxide, nitride, acid-nitrogen composite, sulfide, or polymer material. The oxide comprises SiO2, TiO2, AlOx, ZnOx, FeOx, YOx, GdOx, SnOx, ZrOx, InOx, NiOx, CuOx, and TaOx. The nitride comprises ZnNx, FeNx, YNx, GdNx, SnNx, ZrNx, InNx, NiNx, CuNx, and TaNx. The conductive material comprises ITO, Ag, Au, Cu, Ni, Al, Mg, Si, Gallium arsenide(GaAs), IZTO, IZO, AZO, TiO2 : Nb, or Carbon Layer. The ink comprises core shell structured nanoparticle, core-shell structured nanowire, and solvent.
