PURPOSE : The mixed soil material of buried coal ash and soil is provided to minimize environmental contamination due to the waste of coal ash by mixing lime with buried coal ash to recycle the buried coal ash. CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing the mixed soil material of buried coal ash and soil includes the following : Lime is mixed with the buried coal ash. The buried coal ash includes bottom ash and fly ash. The buried coal ahs containing the lime is mixed with the soil. 5 to 10 parts by weight of the lime is mixed, based on 100 parts by weight of the buried coal ash.
