A making process of rare-earth nitride Using Plasma Arc Discharge

The present invention relates to a rare earth nitride preparing method using a plasma arc discharge method comprising : a step for inserting a rare-earth metallic base material into a plasma generating device; a step for evaporating the rare-earth metallic base material using plasma arc; a step for generating and growing the core of rare-earth nitride by reacting the evaporated rare-earth gas with reaction gas; and a step for forming the nano powder of the rare-earth nitride by controlling the crystal growth of the rare-earth nitride core. The rare earth base nitride manufacturing method is capable of easily manufacturing the rare-earth nitride by using the arc plasma discharge method which uses the plasma arc for evaporating the rare-earth nitride.
