Device relates down the mining industry and it is intended for the use during the complex enrichment of the ground slightly magnetic and highly magnetic ores, alluvial layers of gold, layers of platinum group and rare-earth elements, and also for the following extraction of valuable components. The drum-type magnetic separator, which includes the cylindrical operating unit, supplied for the sake of water spray, the magnetic system, established based on the outer side of operating unit, the partitions, placed inside the operating unit, feeder and the receiver of magnetic concentrate. Partitions are executed in the form rectangular plates and are placed in parallel to the longitudinal axis of operating unit and it is perpendicular about the relation to each other. 1 illustration.
