The method of determining the degree of adherence to the treatment of patient by pulmonary tuberculosis, that is characterized by the fact that against the beginning of the basic course of treatment is conducted the interrogation on the form, which contains 80 questions, which correspond to the sex of patient, against the beginning of form before the brief entrance of patient his interest before the contact is introduced beside the situation of interrogation and is stimulated, to the middle of interrogation together with the making more active of attention and interest of respondents increases complexity and the sharpness of questions; 15 questions of form compose the scale of the sincerity of patients, also, in the case of collection 10 and more than marks about this scale results are not considered also separate conversation- trainings are conducted with the patient, in the remaining cases during the first stage is determined the degree of adherence to treatment, about the scale, which includes 35 questions of form taking into account of positive and 30 questions taking into account negative answers; are calculated “damp” marks, over to sum of which are separated the walls : the 1st and 2nd walls from 35 are higher than the marks - adherence to treatment is evaluated as unsatisfactory - tendency down to the frequent disturbances of hospital regime, the absence of the effect of treatment, frequent relapses and aggravation; 3-y-5- y of wall from 16 to 34 marks - adherence to treatment is evaluated as satisfactory - possible disturbances of hospital regime before the extreme situations, the poor results of therapy, rare relapses and aggravation; 6-y-8- y of wall from 4 to 15 marks - adherence to treatment is evaluated as good - are possible the single short-term disturbances of hospital regime before the extreme situations, the low probability of relapses and aggravations; 9-y-10- y of wall to 3 marks - adherence to treatment is evaluated as high - low probability of the disturbances of [bol]
