The present invention relates to a solidified agent composition for liquefaction back filling and, more particularly, to a solidified agent composition for liquefaction back filling stabilizing soil as quickly as possible by reducing the percentage of water content and removing soil pore water using cubical expansion and exothermic reaction of CaO contained incinerator bottom ash as a material used in construction processes, wherein manufactured soil are insulated, for laying water, gas, and power transmission pipe underground in a city. The solidified agent composition for liquefaction back filling in the present invention comprises 20-30 parts by weight of sodium aluminium sulfate (SAS) or sodium aluminium fluoride (SAF) which are by-products from polysilicon manufacturing process, 30-50 parts by weight of furnace slag powder, 20-40 parts by weight of desulfurized gypsum in petroleum coke, 5-10 parts by weight of a sulphate stimulant, and 1-5 parts by weight of plasticizer powder for 100 parts by weight of paper sludge incinerator bottom ash of which the content of CaO is 35-70%.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
