The present invention relates to a sample preprocessing method for analyzing the content of rare-earth elements utilized for gasoline and a catalyst of a diesel engine and, more specifically, to the sample preprocessing method for analyzing the content of the rare-earth elements which enables the remarkable reduction of errors of a content analysis using an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) spectral device in comparison with an existing sample preprocessing method which is not standardized by preprocessing a sample of the rare-earth elements under optimized analysis conditions of microwaves at a rate of a mixed acid; and improves the reliability of an analysis result by standardizing with an optimal method.
