PURPOSE : A loess composition for interior and exterior decoration material for buildings which contains silver powder is provided to enhance antibacterial, mechanical properties, heat storing properties, and latent heat efficiencies by including solidifier, aggregate, loess, reinforcing fiber, fly ash and Ag powder. CONSTITUTION : A loess composition for interior and exterior decoration material for buildings which contains silver powder is composed of 50-60 parts by weight of solidifying agent, 90-110 parts by weight of aggregate, 45-55 parts by weight of loess, 0.15-0.25 parts by weight of reinforcing fiber, 5-15 parts by weight of fly ash, 15-25 parts by weight of purified water, 0.2-0.3 parts by weight of fluidifier and 0.02-0.10 parts by weight of Ag powder. The solidifying agent is composed of ettringite. The aggregate is composed of 100 parts by weight of sand and 50-100.0 parts by weight of bottom ash.
