The [bystrokinetiruyushchiy] infrared phosphor on the basis of the compounds of yttrium or lanthanum, activated by the trivalent ions of neodymium and praseodymium, differs regarding the fact that for the purpose of an increase with the excitation by the laser emission of the range 0, 80-0, 82 m of the intensity of two groups of the IR- strips of the luminescence before region 1, 03-1, 12 and 1, 30-1, 45 m, it contains as the connection rare-earth elements oxysulfid of yttrium or lanthanum and has the chemical composition, which corresponds to the following empirical formula : (LnNdPr) OS, where Ln=Y, La; 2, 5·10≤[kh]≤2·10; 1·10≤[u]≤5·10.
