PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth permanent magnet capable of improving uniformity of a shape, a method of manufacturing the same, and a device of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION : A permanent magnet 1 is manufactured by pulverizing a magnet material into a magnet powder, molding the pulverized magnet powder, calcining a compact 40 of the molded magnet powder, and subjecting it to SPS sintering by using a SPS sintering device 45. An inflow hole 50, into which a part of the pressurized compact 40 is flown in, is formed at least in one direction of a sinter mold 46 of the SPS sintering device 45. COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT
