Provided is a high temperature resistant intelligent on-board charger, comprising a housing and a main circuit board disposed inside the housing; a protective layer is provided on both the inner and outer surfaces of the housing, the protective layer including the following components in parts by mass : acrylic resin, polyaryl ether sulfone ketone modified resin, polyvinyl methyl ether, fluorinated graphene, talc powder, chlorinated paraffin, a stabilizer, a ADC foaming agent, silicone oil, a composite flame retardant, a chain extender, a neutralizer, a catalyst and a rare earth element. The charger has good high temperature resistance, long service life and low cost.
