EXTRACTION METHOD FOR LITHIUM ELEMENT

The present invention relates to the technical field of wet metal and metallurgy, and provides an extraction method for a lithium element. The method comprises : mixing the lithium-containing solution with an extractive solvent to obtain a loaded organic phase, then mixing the loaded organic phase with a back extraction solvent to obtain the extraction solution and the lithium element solution. The lithium-containing solution comprises an extraction aid agent preferably selected from at least one of chlorides of calcium, magnesium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, ferrous, copper, strontium, aluminum, and rare elements. The technical effects are as follows : ferric chloride in a synergistic extraction agent is not lost. Few impurities are introduced by ferric chlorides in the back extraction solvent such as an iron. Other new impurities are avoided to introduce due to the supplement of ferric chloride, which helps improve the quality of the lithium product. The method is widely applicable, requires few investments, is low in cost, is used conveniently, securely, and reliably, and is suitable for industrial production. The lithium element can be recycled from production wastewater such as lithium carbonate or extracted from high impurities such as brine having a high ratio of magnesium to lithium, and from a complex raw material. The method is helpful for improving the situations that the lithium resource has a low grade, is difficult to separate, is contaminated seriously, and is high in cost.
