Provided are a rare-earth permanent magnet with improved shape uniformity, a rare-earth permanent magnet manufacturing method, and a rare-earth permanent magnet manufacturing device. A permanent magnet (1) is manufactured by pulverizing a magnet starting material into magnet powder, molding the pulverized magnet powder, calcinating a compact (40) of the molded magnet powder, and then performing spark plasma sintering (SPS) using an SPS device (45). A sintering die (46) of the SPS device (45) for performing SPS has an in-flow hole (50), which is formed in at least one direction and into which some of the pressurized compact (40) flows.
