PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an orientation polycrystalline material which is a polycrystalline material composed of an aggregate of single-crystal particles, especially the polycrystalline material having each single-crystal particle of cubic crystal structure, and has uniform crystal orientation of each single-crystal particle. SOLUTION : The method of producing the orientation polycrystalline material comprises the preparation step of preparing a suspension liquid (slurry 1) suspending raw material particles containing the single-crystal particle having a rare earth element to be added into a solution, the molding step of obtaining a molding body from the suspension liquid by performing slip casting in a magnetic field, and the calcination step of burning the molding body and obtains the orientation polycrystalline material having the polycrystalline structure having the crystal orientation to be controlled.
