PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve such problems that when using the titanium chelate compound of hydroxy carboxylate as a catalyst for a foamed polyurethane resin, a foamed body having sufficient size can not be obtained, and the surface of the foamed polyurethane resin gets rough to damage an appearance; and to obtain a foamed polyurethane resin molded body having excellent beauty.SOLUTION : There is provided a catalyst composition including the titanium chelate compound of hydroxy carboxylate, alkaline earth metal carboxylate and water as the catalyst for a foamed polyurethane.
