PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide mortar and concrete excellent in fast curing property, waterproofing property, and work efficiency in a waterproofing work or the like, hardly generating a crack, and having high compressive strength, bending strength, bending toughness or the like, and to provide a fast curing composition used therefor. SOLUTION : This fast curing composition to be provided contains following components (A)-(G) : (A) a fast curing admixture containing at least one kind or more of inorganic salts selected from alkali metal carbonates, alkali metal sulfates, alkaline earth metal carbonates and alkaline earth metal sulfates, and calcium aluminates, (B) portland cement, (C) a setting modifier, (D) a water reducing agent, (E) organic fibers, (F) a resin containing a polymer of an acrylic ester and/or a resin containing a copolymer of an acrylic ester and styrene, and (G) water.
