PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet recovery device capable of mechanically taking out rare earth magnets from rotors of motors extracted from household electrical appliances and the like, so that a number of rare earth magnets can be efficiently recycled. SOLUTION : A magnet recovery device comprises : rotor mounting members 23, 24, 25 to which a rotor is mounted with the axial line thereof aligned in the vertical direction; a pair of vibrators 14 fixed to two positions symmetrically arranged and sandwiching the rotor mounting members therebetween, respectively; and bearing means each of which is provided with a cylindrical elastic member 18 supporting a mounting plate 16 of each vibrator 14 on a base 13 so as to be relatively freely displaced. The vibrators 14 are rotated around the axial lines of respective motors synchronously in the opposite directions so that component forces in the horizontal direction by respective weights are canceled each other while component forces in the vertical direction are summed.
