PURPOSE : A phosphate phosphor is provided to have excellent luminance brightness in green or yellow, to improve luminescent brightness, and to be used in LED fields.CONSTITUTION : A phosphate phosphor contains K, Ba, Ca, P, and O as parent components, and is that rare-earth materials are solid-dissolved in the parent components. The rare-earth materials are one or more selected from Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb. The parent component has a monoclinic crystalline structure which has standard values of a=13.2262Å, b=9.4083Å, c=12.9664Å, α=γ=90°, and β=106.767°. The changes of a, b, c, α, β, and γ are ±5% or less.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
