A crusted food product manufacturing device is provided with a crust material transfer means (13) for transferring a flat crust material (11) onto a placing member (9) so as to cover the opening part (9A) of the placing member (9) provided on the front surface (7) side of a body frame (5) of the device, a dough pressing member (15) which is capable of pressing the outer periphery portion of the crust material (11) placed on the placing member (9) and can move up and down, a nozzle member (17) which is capable of discharging a filling into the center portion of the crust material (11) on the placing member (9) and can move up and down, a vertically movable and supporting means (19) which is capable of supporting from the lower side the crust material (11) moving down from the opening part (9A) of the placing member (9) and can move up and down, and a sealing means (23) for sealing the periphery of the crust material (11) while gathering the same to the center portion after the moving up of the nozzle member (17) and the dough pressing member (15).  The nozzle member (17) and the dough pressing member (15) can move up and down individually and the positions of moving up/down thereof can be adjusted individually.
