PURPOSE : An ingot for coating a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy using magnesium alloy scraps and an environmental-friendly producing method thereof are provided to reduce producing costs by easily produce an ingot containing magnesium in the air without using inert gas. CONSTITUTION : A producing method of an ingot for coating a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy using magnesium alloy scraps is as follows. Zinc-aluminum melted metal is prepared(S10). The temperature of the zinc-aluminum melted metal is adjusted higher than a determined melting point(S13). A magnesium alloy is put into a mold(S14). The zinc-aluminum melted metal is injected into the mold and is cooled(S15). The zinc-aluminum-magnesium ingot is separated from the mold.
