FIELD : physics.
SUBSTANCE : light-emitting device can include a substrate, electrodes on a substrate, a light-emitting diode capable of emitting light, wherein the light-emitting diode is provided on one of the electrodes, phosphors capable of changing the wavelength of light, and an electroconductive device which is designed to connect the light-emitting diode to the other of the plurality of electrodes. The phosphors can essentially cover at least a portion of the light-emitting diode. At least one of the phosphors contains copper and a rare-earth element and/or another luminescent ion and at least one of the phosphors emits green light. The phosphor can contain one compound of the type of aluminate, silicates doped with lead and/or copper, antimonates doped with lead and/or copper, germanates doped with lead and/or copper, germanate-silicates doped with lead and/or copper, phosphates doped with lead and/or copper, or any combinations thereof.
EFFECT : obtaining a light-emitting device with a wide colour temperature range, making a light-emitting device with improved luminescent properties and improved stability to the effect of water, moisture and other polar solvents.
