PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve problems of a conventional soil reformed body by increasing the initial strength right after the execution. SOLUTION : The soil reformed body is adapted to the banking of a sunken place, a flat land or a land of a slope. A mixing ratio A (vol.%) of the soil 1 occupied in the mixture of iron and steel slag 2 with the soil 1 is in a range of A<168×exp(-0.021×B) using the water content ratio B of the soil 1. The soil reformed body is executed by mixing the iron and steel slag 2 and the soil 1 using a construction machinery or a mixing machinery. Because an angle of shearing resistance of the mixed soil reformed body is made larger to improve the soil strength, the running of the construction machinery is permitted right after the mixing to improve the workability.
