PURPOSE : An environment-friendly water permeable block is provided to prevent underground water depletion by forming the center of the upper surface of a unit block higher than a permeable hole, and to have an anion irradiation effect by using allanite.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly water permeable block(1) comprises the following steps : aggregate, sand and cement are mixed with allanite and rare earth waste-after-beneficiation; and the mixture is molded to rectangular blocks. The allanite and rare earth waste-after-beneficiation are mixed at 0.5% and 40% respectively. The rectangular block includes unit blocks arranged in a pair in right and left. Each unit block has an inclined furrow(2), V-shaped water permeable furrow(3), a water permeable hole(4), a water-permeable groove(5), an upper surface and a peak portion(7). The inclined furrow is formed from the peak portion of the upper surface of the unit block toward the corner in narrow-top and wide-bottom shape. The water-permeable groove and the water-permeable hole are formed on the end of the inclined furrow in the perpendicular direction. The water-permeable furrow is formed along the edge side of the unit block. The water-permeable groove and the water-permeable hole are connected to the water permeable furrow.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
