PURPOSE : A soil settling tank is provided to prevent flood by flexibly managing the flood when precipitation amount is increased by using 2 precipitation baths and to efficiently remove precipitated soil by including a conveyor belt inside the soil settling tank. CONSTITUTION : A soil settling tank comprises a first soil settling tank (100); a second soil settling tank (200) and a double pipe type inflow pipe passage (300). The first soil settling tank includes a plurality of partition walls (113) which separates soil from inflow water, and a first conveyor belt (110), which moves precipitated soil to an accumulation part, in the lower part of the settling tank. The second soil settling tank includes punching plates (390) which primarily separate debris flow from inflow water in the lower end of an inlet. A plurality of inclined plates (215) which secondarily separate soil from inflow water passed through the punching plates is equipped inside a second soil settling tank. Filtering members (213), which are installed in a drain and discharge separated inflow water after purification, are equipped in the second soil settling bath. The inflow pipe passage comprises a semi-circular shaped outer pipe (330) and an inner pipe (310). The inner pipe moves the inflow water which is flowed in when water is clear to the first soil settling tank. The outer pipe moves the inflow water to the second soil settling tank when rain fall begins and a large amount of inflow water which overflows the inner pipe is generated.
