The present invention provides a motor having an embedded permanent magnet including : a stator having teeth around which coils are wound; a rotor which is rotatably provided inside the stator and is formed with a plurality of rotor sectors; at least two permanent magnet-embedded grooves formed among the rotor sectors; a ferrite permanent magnet embedded in the permanent magnet-embedded groove which is formed inside the rotor; and a rare-earth permanent magnet embedded in the permanent magnet-embedded groove which is formed outside the rotor.
