The technical result of the proposed useful model is an increase in the total effectiveness, reduction in acoustic noise, an increase in the effectiveness with the low speeds of wind. Technical result is achieved as far as the fact, the wind-power installation, which contains, at least, one rotary [vetrogenerator] (with the stationary part of the housing and the moving element of the housing) with the vertical rotational axis (between the stationary and moving elements of housing), the including energy converter (connected for the sake of the stationary and moving elements of housing) and the blades of the rotor of [vetroturbiny] (fixed before the moving element housing), made in the form of vertical plates, is characterized as far as the fact that each blade of the rotor of [vetroturbiny] is executed by volumetric biconvex, so that its cross section (perpendicular down rotational axis) has one sharp and one dull flank edges, moreover one side of blade is executed continuous, and other side of blade it contains the cuts symmetrical relative to transverse axis, which fit closely [k] to its sharp edge. As the energy converter of rotary [vetrogeneratora] can be used the magneto alternator, which includes constant magnets on the basis of rare-earth elements. The cuts of the blade of the rotor of [vetroturbiny] can have the following form : before the center is located the protrusion on the basis of triangle with the acute angles, which are adjacent down the sharp blade edge and by the rounded apex, directed down the side of dull flank edge, across the sides from the central cut they are located on three cuts in the form of trapezoids, one base of each trapezoid fits closely down the sharp edge, other edges are located beyond one line, the obtuse angles of trapezoids, directed down the side of dull blade edge are rounded. The longerons based on the profile metalware, fastened with the aid of the riveting down the sheets of blade, can be arranged inside the blade. Industrial application. Useful model can be successfully used for preparing the effective wind-power installations.
