PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve such the problem that though the characteristics of magnets are remarkably different in accordance with the constituent elements and the compositions thereof, since sorting in accordance with the compositions has not been performed in the conventional method for recycling magnets, the magnets with various compositions and different characteristics have been intermingled in the recovered magnets, and there is a need of refining the magnets to raw materials such as the oxides of the individual elements and then producing new regenerated magnets.
SOLUTION : In the method, regarding a used product mounted with magnets, whether the mounted magnets are made of neodymium or not is sorted, and further, the neodymium magnets are sorted and recovered in accordance with the Dy composition in the neodymium magnets, thus the recycling raw materials of the magnets of high and stable quality are efficiently produced.
