PURPOSE : A novel beta-glycosidase protein is provided to enable effective bioconversion of PPD type ginsenoside into rare active ginsenoside with excellent body absorption.CONSTITUTION : A method for preparing novel beta-glycosidase comprises : a step of culturing a transformant which is prepared with a recombinant vector containing a gene encoding beta-glycosidase with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1; a step of producing beta-glycosidase from the transformant; and a step of collecting produced beta-glycosidase.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
