PURPOSE : A chemical method and composition for improving soil is provided to minimize dust scattering and improve soil quality on areas of intense use and/or cold ground.CONSTITUTION : A chemical method and composition for improving soil comprises a step of generating the mixture a synthetic fluid, binder, and a synthetic fiber; a step of mixing the mixture with microgranular material; a step of spreading at least one layer of the microgranular material and the mixture, on the ground; and a step of contracting at least one layer of the microgranular material and the mixture.
